Welcome to Glisorawest. We understand that sometimes a dress might not fit exactly how you imagined or an item might arrive with an unexpected issue. Our goal is to ensure that your shopping experience within Hong Kong remains straightforward and transparent.

This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds, aligning with local consumer practices and our commitment to clear communication.

Our 30-Day Policy Window

We offer a 30-day window for you to decide if your purchase meets your needs. This period begins on the day the delivery personnel hands the package to you at your doorstep. We believe this timeframe allows you enough opportunity to inspect your items and ensure the size and style are correct.

Please note that requests made after this 30-day window cannot be accommodated under our standard return or refund procedures .

Eligible Reasons for Returns

To maintain a fair system for all our shoppers in Hong Kong, we accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests specifically for the following reasons:

  • Damaged Items: If the garment arrives with a physical flaw that occurred before it reached you.
  • Incorrect Items: If the dress delivered does not match the item shown in your order summary.
  • Sizing Issues: If the size you received does not fit as you expected, provided the item remains in its original condition.

Initiating Your Request

If you find yourself with a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to our team immediately. You can start the process by sending an email to help@glisorawest.com. In your message, please include your order details and a brief description of the issue. Our support team is active from 9:00 AM HKT to 4:00 PM HKT, Monday through Friday, to assist you with these steps.

No-Cost Pickup and Inspection

Once we acknowledge your request for a damaged or wrong item, we will arrange a pickup from your address. We take full responsibility for these logistics; therefore, we will arrange the pickup at no charge to you. We believe you should not have to pay extra when a mistake occurs on our end.

After the item reaches our facility, our team spends 24 hours performing a thorough inspection. We check the condition of the garment to confirm the reported issue. We do not charge any restocking fees during this stage or at any point in the return process. Our focus is on resolving the matter as efficiently as possible.

Exchanges and Replacements

Our first step is always to try and get the right dress into your hands. If the item or the specific size you need is available in our current stock, we will arrange a replacement.

This ensures you receive the product you originally wanted without further delay. If a replacement is sent, the same delivery timelines of 3 to 5 business days will apply.

Refund Procedures and Timelines

In cases where a replacement is not possible such as when an item is out of stock, a size is unavailable, or the damage is beyond repair; we will provide a full refund of the amount you paid at your doorstep.

Because Glisorawest operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis , we do not have your banking details on file at the time of purchase. To process your refund, we will follow these steps:

1. Contact: We will reach out to you via email to request your bank account information.

2. Transfer: Upon receiving your details, we initiate a bank transfer for the full amount.

3. Processing Time: It typically takes between 8 to 10 business days for the amount to show in your account. This duration depends entirely on your banking provider's internal systems.

Limitations and Finality

As noted in our terms, once a package is dispatched and with our logistics partners, the delivery must be completed. We only process returns and refunds once the item has been received and inspected by our team. We operate only in Hong Kong, ensuring all our policies adhere to local expectations for digital commerce and consumer rights.
