Glisorawest operates exclusively within Hong Kong. We do not offer shipping or services to locations outside of this region. By placing an order, you confirm that your delivery address is located within our supported area.

Delivery and Shipping

We work to get your selections to you quickly. Our standard timeline for delivery is 3 to 5 business days.

  • Handling: We require 24 hours to package and prepare your items for shipment.
  • Shipping Fees: We offer shipping with no hidden costs. The price you see is the final price you pay at your door.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time as long as the items are still in our possession. Once your package has been handed over to our logistics partners for delivery, the cancellation window closes. In such cases, the delivery process must be completed as planned.

Payment Method

To keep things simple and secure for our Hong Kong community, we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only.

  • Collection: Our delivery personnel will collect the full payment at your doorstep.
  • Transparency: There are no extra service fees or hidden charges added during the checkout or delivery process.

Return and Exchange Policy

We provide a 30-day return window that begins the day your package is delivered. This applies if you receive an incorrect item, a damaged product, or if the size does not fit as expected.

  • Initiating a Return: Email us at help@glisorawest.com to start the process.
  • Pickup: If the item is damaged or wrong, we will arrange a pickup at no cost to you.
  • Inspection: Once the item returns to us, we take 24 hours to check its condition.
  • Restocking: We do not charge any fees for restocking returned items.

Replacements and Refunds

Once our inspection is complete, we will take the following steps based on item availability:

1. Exchange: If the correct item or size is available, we will arrange a replacement.

2. Refund: If the item is out of stock or the damage cannot be fixed, we provide a full refund.

3. Process: Since we use COD, we do not have your bank info. We will email you to request your bank transfer details.

4. Timeline: After we initiate the transfer, it typically takes 8 to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account, depending on your banking provider.
